The User's personal data collected as part of the subscription to the Service, including the data used to create the Account, will be kept by LA MAISON BALDWIN for the time necessary to properly manage the contractual and commercial relationship between the User and LA MAISON BALDWIN. Generally, information is kept for a period of 10 years for accounting information, 5 years from the end of the contract for commercial data, 3 years for data processed as part of prospecting, 13 months for data from cookies and other tracers, and 6 months for data from online chat.

The company may retain certain personal data beyond the above-mentioned periods in order to meet its legal or regulatory obligations.
