Article 3.1: Data collected 

The personal data collected as part of our activity are as follows: 

Last name, First name and e-mail address.

This data is collected when the user carries out one of the following operations on the site:

  • when sending a message via the form,

  • when subscribing to the newsletter.

  • when purchasing a ticket for an event organized by LA MAISON BALDWIN.

This data is collected and processed for the following purpose(s): 

  • To manage the billing of the Service in accordance with LA MAISON BALDWIN's general terms and conditions of sale and use.

  • To inform the User about LA MAISON BALDWIN's services and activities.

Furthermore, in the case of applications for residencies, we will collect data relating to the applicants' motivations and previous work in order to evaluate their applications.

Article 3.2: Data collection methods

When you use our site, the following data is automatically collected:

  • version of operating system used,

The User's personal data collected as part of the subscription to the Service, including the data used to create the Account, will be kept by LA MAISON BALDWIN for the time necessary to properly manage the contractual and commercial relationship between the User and LA MAISON BALDWIN. Generally, information is kept for a period of 10 years for accounting information, 5 years from the end of the contract for commercial data, 3 years for data processed as part of prospecting, 13 months for data from cookies and other tracers, and 6 months for data from online chat.

The company may retain certain personal data beyond the above-mentioned periods in order to meet its legal or regulatory obligations.
